I teach vinyasa style yoga with an emphasis on building strength and increasing mobility, but the ultimate aim in all of my classes is freedom of the mind and body. I love helping others build and fortify intentional mind-body connections, creating opportunities for self-study, self-acceptance, and self-love. Let’s dance between effort and ease.
